Details for teams arranging private classes and choosing an appropriate starting level.

You can optionally use your own files and data during training sessions to address specific challenges and scenarios, making the learning experience directly relevant and immediately applicable to your daily tasks.
One-Day Sessions
Hands-On Classes Perfect for increasing staff efficiency.
Yes. Private instructor-led training is available at suitable offices, conference rooms, and team locations in the Bakersfield area.
Can we practice with our company spreadsheets?
Yes. We can use sanitized company files in a private session when they are provided and reviewed in advance. Remove employee and patient details, customer identifiers, confidential grower or supplier terms, and proprietary field-service information before sharing.
Do you offer training in surrounding Kern County communities?
Yes. We serve organizations in Shafter, Wasco, McFarland, Delano, Lamont, and Arvin as well as Bakersfield. We will also travel to locations beyond those listed; an additional travel charge applies based on distance and logistics.
Can employees join a class remotely?
Yes. Live instructor-led remote training and selected scheduled online classes are available. Hybrid sessions can include employees attending in person and colleagues joining remotely.
Which Excel or Power BI level should employees choose?
Employees choosing an Excel level can begin with our private online Excel assessment. It immediately recommends a class level, stores no results, and is completely private and free.
Organizations may also request a free administered online assessment. Employees complete the test online, and we collect and report the results to the organization.
A live remote assessment with an instructor is also available for a fee. The instructor evaluates the participant and recommends the appropriate Excel or Power BI level.
To arrange an administered or instructor-led assessment—or to get help selecting a Power BI level—use our contact form or call us.
Can a private class use examples from our industry?
Yes. We can adapt formulas, reports, dashboards, terminology, and data scenarios to your team's work, including agricultural operations, energy services, distribution, healthcare administration, and office reporting.
